Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. However, to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. This allows us to adjust our cleaning schedules accordingly and offer the time slot to another client who may need it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment within less than 24 hours' notice, we may charge a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled cleaning appointment fee. This fee helps compensate our cleaning professionals for lost wages and the inconvenience of a last-minute cancellation.

At Pure Cleaning Agency, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of customer service and referrals to the highest quality cleaning services. We want you to be completely satisfied with our services, and that's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please let us know within 24 hours after your cleaning appointment, and we will make it right. Your cleaning provider will return to your home and re-clean any areas that did not meet your expectations, at no additional cost.
